The Tibet Relief Fund is recruiting for a Charity Manager to lead the organisation’s operations. This is a newly created role and is part of the current restructuring of our UK office.
The Charity Manager’s initial focus will be to help shape, and then implement, a change programme designed to strengthen the reach and impact of our work. Responsibilities will include supporting programme management and overseeing the charity’s fundraising, marketing, and communications activities. The incumbent will also ensure support functions (finance, HR, general policies/procedures) are working well and, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, stay on top of charity governance.
