Thank you to everyone who took part in last Friday’s very special event – a 10-hour chant of the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra organised by Jaya Deva and the One Mantra Festival.
So far, an incredible £4,863 has been raised through this event for our Covid-19 response work in India and Nepal. There is still a long way to go to reach our target of £20,000, but it’s a great start and will make a huge difference for Tibetan communities struggling through the pandemic.

Thirty artists led the varied and amazing chants of the mantra including Namgyal Lhamo, Manose Newa, Bob Thurman, Krishna Das, Jaya Deva and Nina Rao. We were really inspired by all the wonderful people who took part.
