Snapping happy at Tibetan Homes Foundation!

A whopping 198 students attended Tibetan Homes Foundation’s new photography club!

The students relished the opportunity to learn skills in digital photography and film editing – a fun new hobby and great for their future careers!

The club is one of the first steps the school is taking to introduce new extra-curricular activities for the students who study and live at the school.

We are pleased to have given a grant so two teachers and one senior student could attend a five-day workshop on photography and film editing. Now they can share all their new knowledge and skills with the whole of the photography club.

The grant also paid for a DSLR camera for the photography club so the students can put in the practice what they are learning and experiment with photography in their free time. We’re looking forward to sharing some of their photos and videos with you as the club gets underway in the coming months….
