The tournament starts today in Paonta Sahib, India and is being hosted by the Tibetan National Sports Association
CONIFA (Confederation of Independent Football Associations), is the football federation for all associations outside FIFA. The non-profit supports representatives of international football teams from nations, de-facto nations, regions, minority peoples and sports isolated territories.
